Our amazing team comprises passionate students from Lincoln International Academy, eager to create new educational opportunities for girls in Nicaragua. Every week, we host supportive sessions in Math, English, and Spanish at Barrio Naciones Unidas, creating a warm and welcoming space where girls can build their skills and realize their full potential. Motivated by the incredible power of education, we focus on STEM learning, mentorship, and inspiring girls to challenge themselves both academically and socially. We aim to create a caring and empowering environment where every girl feels appreciated, confident, and motivated to chase her dreams.

Alessandra Arana
Alessandra has been part of SHEducation since 2022, volunteering weekly to help the girls reach new horizons in math topics like multiplication, division, and basic algebra.
Vice President
Daniela Perez
Daniela works across different schools in Managua, providing lessons in different subjects and providing students with the support they need to further their knowledge.

Hugo Arana
Hugo collaborates with the team to stay organized through clear communication, careful documentation, and regular website updates. His goal is to empower young girls through education, and he also provides math tutoring to support their learning.

Maria Elsa has been a part of SHEducation since 2022, providing the young girls at Barrio Naciones Unidas with the proper foundations needed to reach challenging topics in math.

Camillo Brockmann
Camillo ensures that each girl feels welcomed by our community, empowering each student by reinforcing their skills and encouraging them to pursue more knowledge.

Jeyhir organizes the tutoring sessions for the girls, ensuring that lessons are planned for and students are eager and ready to learn; her mentorship and organization help each girl gain confidence in their skills.
